When avg internet security is active i cant open remembear

This isn't the expected behavior.
Let us check which component of AVG Internet Security is blocking the https://www.remembear.com/ website.
Open AVG Internet Security program window.
Click on "email & web" component and turn off web shield.
Try to access https://www.remembear.com/ site and check whether you are able to access it.

Thank you for clarifying the situation.
Let us check whether the password manager software is added to blocked apps of AVG Internet Security.
Open AVG Internet Security program window.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>General–>Blocked & Allowed apps".
Under allowed apps, check whether the password manager software is listed.
If yes, remove it and then add it to allowed apps list.

i have remembear password manager
https://www.remembear.com/
and i cant open it (nothing happanes no alert) but when i disable avg protection then it can be opened
how do i solve this problem?

what i meant was that the password manager software does not open
