When I log in it says I don't have any subscriptions. I have been using AVG and haven't been notified that my subscription has expired. What do I need to do?

I have been using AVG for almost a year and getting updated and doing scans. It has been just the basic protection. I haven't gotten and of the extra products. This is for 2 laptops and 1 desktop.
The first scan that is recorded was on 3/15/15 and the last one was on 12/22/15. The last update was today.
