When doing a full system scanning with AVG 2015 it gets stuck at 66%

Hi Alan,

Many thanks for your reply in answer to my query. I have the AVG 2015 paid version antivirus. As I watch the scan in progress it gets as far as File Progress which I think is 66% or 67% and stays there scanning files, and eventually up pops the scan results before it goes across the screen to 100% I'm wondering why. I don't know if I've provided you with sufficient information and if so I apologise. If you are able to help it will be much appreciated.

I recently installed AVG 2015 and it appears to have been installed correctly, but when doing a full system scan it gets stuck at 66% scanning and scanning for a very long time and doesn't go to 100%. Finally the scan finishes with the results. Is it actually going to 100%?
