When I download my avg products I can not open them. I HAVE TRIED MANY PDF APPS, NOTHING WORKS!

Firstly, please let us know if you're unable to access your AVG programs alone or your PDF programs (such as Adobe) as well.
Secondly, let us know what exactly happened when you tried to access your AVG programs? Did receive any error messages?
