I'm trying to find the product that replaces AVG Family Safety. Do you no longer provide Internet protection? Are you just a virus protection company now? What products do you provide for Internet filtration?
I've already typed this question once. Your technical support stinks! I've had this account for a long time but now when I login, it won't show my product. My profile is there, it says I don't have any products. This has happened before. I NEED TO GET TO A WEBSITE RIGHT NOW FOR WORK AND i CAN'T GET IN TO ALLOW THIS WEBSITE. IT IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT A REAL PERSON!

I'm a business professor and I'm shocked at how poor your business model is. I never received any notification that my AVG Family Safety subscription was running out. Most businesses will hound you via email to let you know your subscription is about to expire so they don't lose a customer. In fact, most will hae some sort of automatic renewal through which your credit care is automatically charged to renew your account. Since you never notified me that the subscription was about to expire, someone on your technical staff should at least be willing to assist me in setting up the subscription again. It was a major pain to get the settings adjusted to be just right and I can't remember what they were. Someone on your side should easily be able to look into the old account to see what our settings were. It would be great if they could simply transfter them over for me, but at a minimum, they should be able to take some screen shots and send them to me so that I can set it up myself. Please help me out here. It was a major hassle to get our internt filter settings just right last time and I don't want to go through the process again.
I'M AMAZED AND SHOCKED AT HOW LITTLE YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND HOW LITTLE YOU SEEM TO CARE ABOUT KEEPING YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY SO THEY DON'T LOOK ELSEWHERE. With the exception of Jan, who replied on Feb. 20th, no one at your company seems to be very helpful at all.
