When I switch on my avg, the box under emails says 'not fully functional' but it doesn't tell me what to do about it? Any suggestions?

Ryszard, In order to analyze it please provide AVG with diagnostic output using this tool (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe) and please add detailed description of issue.
