When I visit spreely.com I keep getting the same virus warning

When I visit www.spreely.com I get a warning saying the site is infected with URL:Blacklist.  The owners of the site say they are not infected.  Why am I getting this warning?

That did not help.  I still get the warning as soon as I go to the site.
