Do you have any other third party antivirus installed on your PC?

I have tried to get the free avg loaded to my notebook. It will not load. I did purchase the AVG tuneup, and it will not uninstall , thinking if all of avg was uninstalled, I could start over. This all started when I uninstalled AVG pro 30 day trail , not interested in paying 59.99 for this service at this time .
