Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Are you trying to install AVG Zen program on your Mac PC and when you try to enter the username and password on Zen interface it says it is invalid?

When trying to Log in to the free application I get the error "Email and password don't match" even though I ahve reset my password suucesfully on line and it works on the web login.

Thank you for confirming it.
This actually a known issue and we need the log files of AVG program.
We have sent you the email on how to get the log files, please take the log files and attach it to the email and send it to us.
Please check for the email on spam or junk folders if it is not present in the inbox.
