When i do that it runs on dos and do not restart again en i can not see a avg remover folder
and still get the error where can i send hou die log file ?

I guess since upgrading to Windows 10 this issue should have occurred so a fresh reinstallation of your AVG program should fix the issue.
As per our record you have purchased our new AVG Performance program for Multidevice and I would request you to follow the below mentioned instructions to reinstall AVG:
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:For 32-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x86_2015_5501.exe
For 64-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
I did all but still can not uninstall agv to reinstall it
