i had purchased your remote installer that had went thru my comp n fixxed your program (i had it months prior) cuz after i had downloded windows 8 it said it needed an up date yet with every attempt it said that it failed on that fact it couldent take down its firewall (we musta downloded this "up date" using many gigs that we had t pay t use). After we had purchased this he then took compleet controal of my comp, downloded this great avg that appeared as tho it worked, then we began noticing that we had many popups after… excess pages buy us adds video advertisement (saying that we're in such a technological age i thought it's this worlds new aged advertisement)… then we found out that our avg said every feild is UNKNOWN it stopped giving us axcess t our virus scan i went t have your remote tec's look at this (saying i've paid t have this fixed remotly) then your avg tec's dont even take a look at it. they sent me t some independent company that is left incharge of fixing this then they noticed that I had many of "inf infected files" that my virus scanner didn't find, that had taken off my pop up blocker, that had stopped many programs from operating correctly, that had brought up my comp CPU usage above 5% on Dangerous levels with a risk of Crashing my comp. i had my dad running virus scanning on this comp as much as its "auto supported" n this didn't catch these files i guess. im sure that saying it kicked off my pop up blocker that it'as an issue prior t when we gave that first person "remote axcess" that our virus scanner didnt catch this after his "remote axcess" that he might have missed this error n that saying he is your tec that got given axcess id love it if he fixed this error. well back t when that "Independent company" took da reins of my "remote axcess" he then tells me that he could fix this error if i pay 149.99 (i guess its a reduced price saying that i mentioned everything that i did here) yet i mention that i payed AVG t fix this n he says "well im not avg in an independent company n i wont down grade another companys work n i have my own fee's". yet here we is back t this I Have payed AVG t fix their programs mistakes, (mistakes as example-it went "offline" (stoped working) when i had upgraded my software, i used up much of my gig limit t try t download this program, when "it" (avg) went "offline" it had every availability t have contracted this error yet it got over looked) I Have payed AVG t have their program protect my computer, i have payed t have this hassel delt with and everything that I've really wanted is t have this fixed… my comp tec lastnights name is Laura she sent me t a man named Jacob. tell me what ways we could prosper off this…IVE TRYED T CONTACT N CONTACT N CONTACT SOMEONE (avg support) ABOUT THIS N IVE GOT NO WHERE. IM GUNNA SEE IF THIS DOES SOMTHING!
