Where can I find a list of activated devices?

Unfortunately this answer didn't help me in any way, the only thing that can help me is to reset all 10 currently set devices so that I can set them up correctly, otherwise this service is invalid for me, if I can't set up the active devices that I need, I'll be left with the service cancel and go another way. Is there a way to do this ie disable all 10 devices so I can set them up again? Thank you and best regards

How it looks? Nothing happens for 5 days … :frowning:

I have an AVG Internet Security subscription for 10 devices, in my account settings I see that I have 12 activated devices, I want to delete them, but I can't find a list of them anywhere on the site or in the help. The original PC is already destroyed. Thank you for your help

Hello Marek,
You've reached the AVG community support channel.
We are sorry to inform you that currently, we do not have an option to check the list of devices connected to your account. Instead of that, we can only check the number of devices(Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS). But our system will scan for active devices once every 30 days, all the inactive devices will be deactivated automatically after 30 days and the correct device count will be updated.
If you reinstall AVG programs on the same device, it will be counted as a new device and 1 more device will be added to the count but it will be corrected automatically after 30 days.
If you have any other queries, please feel free to contact us back, we are here to help you.
Thank you.

And where can I find an overview of these devices on the control panel? You wrote me that I can't find them anywhere, neither can you. If in the Control device on INDIVIDUAL devices, I wrote that I don't have this option (my ex-wife probably has some, I don't remember them anymore). Can I really delete them from one logged in device like this??? Thank you

Thank you for taking out your valuable time to writing us back.
We understand you wish to reset the subscription installation from each device and install on only needed device.
As you wish to delete the subscription from logged in device, we do not have such an option but we really appreciate this idea, We will take this as a feedback and escalate to our concern team.
Coming back to your concern, we can reset your activation code so that you can activate the subscription on needed device by using new activation code and other unwanted device will remove from the device count.
Shall we proceed, with changing activation code?
Please revert us with the confirmation so that we can proceed further.
Awaiting your response.

Yes, resetting the activation code is the solution for me, I will activate them on the required devices. Thank you
