Where can i find my activation code

The concern that you have raised looks like you the performance issues which can be resolved only with the help of AVG PC TuneUp product.
Could you share the screenshot of AVG window where it shows the scan results to assist further?

I purchased your product a couple months ago. I didn't activate it i guess. So I am wondering how to retrieve my activation code. I can scan but not resolve the issues.  So basically where is my activation code.
