I can understand your concern. Please open the AVG Zen dashboard installed in your computer and check if you are able to see your email address at the top right corner of the Zen dashboard. If it is, then please click on the same and logout from your AVG MyAccount. Once you logout from your account, please open AVG click on "Subscription" and check if you get an option to enter your license number.
I feel stupid even having to ask this question, but … AVG updated or something my Internet Security subscription on Friday and has managed to lose my licence number. It thinks I'm in trial mode, and that will run out in a few days' time. I've clicked on Menu > About > Subscription, but the Manage Subscription and Renew Subscription links don't appear to work. What do I need to do in order to enter my number, please?
