Since running AVG over many years, I have used AVG support often as I am not very good with computers. Usually I get into a chat with an operator who has always sorted out the problems, even to taking over the pc and doing the job for me! I cannot fing a way into this today. I went thro all the usual, to be told chat was not available. Has it been discontinued?
