Where is my AVG Tune-up

Hello Lou,
Please make sure that you could find the AVG program on the list of installed program on the control panel. It is to keep you informed that if you have installed the AVG Free program with the AVG Zen Interface you can access the PC TuneUp program from the AVG PC TuneUp icon from the desktop.
If you couldn't find the AVG PC TuneUp in the list of installed program's please follow the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/UninstallAVGAV
to uninstall the AVG Free program and once done please follow the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/installAVGPCTuneUp to download and install the PC TuneUp program. Later you can follow the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/InstallFree to download and install the AVG Free program.

My Dell PC had Windows 7 reinstalled and it removed many of my programs. I had the AVG Free download and in April 2016 I purchases the AVG Tune-up. Today when I downloaded the free AVG again and then signed in to my account after the download the AVG Tune-up was gone. My account shows I still have it active. How do I get it back and on my computer?
