Where is my AVG?

I used to have AVG on my PC (paid for) and also my laptop.   now both have disappeared…

That is strange to hear, we'll certainly look into it. When did you notice this on your computers and did you check in the list of installed programs? Did you install a Windows Update which might have caused this?

You have active subscriptions for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited and AVG Internet Security - Unlimited. I have sent an email containing instructions to install and activate these products on your devices.
