What the f### is going on? I requested a refund 10 days ago and it was supposed to be processed within 5–7 days. There’s still no refund, and there’s literally no way to contact support to get an update. The website is horribly slow, everything is hidden, and it’s deliberately hard to find what you need. There’s also no f#### way to remove my card from your site without deleting my entire account. I have zero problem deleting my account over this awful scam of a product—but I want ALL my money back first.

I totally agree with you there. I have just had a large amount taken out of my account and I cancelled years ago. What kind of scam is going on?
If you try and email from the link at the bottom of the help page it goes around in a loop

I was billed to my PayPal account ..twice…for a service I did not request.
No way to ask anybody here on why..and I had to ask my credit card companny to decline the charge.
