This is just complicated nonsense…<br>
I'm having an AVG Ultimate Account.
Everyone has noticed that ZEN has been removed, but AVG management console app doesn't exist right now!!!
On a WIN8.1 device I'm not able to see all the devices which already added to the account and which I'd like to manage as administrator. (That was the logic behind ZEN as I have understood).
On a Android Computer I have a different appearance. There I can see several devices, BUT I am only able to see SOME of my mobile devices!!
I do not have a button to add, manage or delete a divive to/from the list!
I do not have the possibility to see the status of all devices on a console/dashboard!
I am looking since two month for a solution of this difficulties and AVG didn't solve that in this timeframe!
AVG should not carefully MONITOR the quality of the products, AVG should ENSURE the quality of the products!!
Time counts!
Hello Brian,
Please be informed that AVG Zen/AVG Console has been removed for the current version, which is why you're unable to find it on your computer. However, you can activate your AVG Internet Security, please open it > My AVG > My Subscription > login to an existing network. Note: if you see a license number, then you have to click remove license. After that you will be able to see login option.
Best regards,
Alok.
I have installed avg ultimate on a windows 10 pc. When I check on my account it is identified as the pro version. I have used YouTube for instructions, but is no help as it mentions this management console but I cannot find it on my computer.
Hello Andy,
I apologize for the inconvenience.
Since AVG Zen app has been discontinued for both Windows and Android, you may not be able to manage your Android devices or Windows devices from Zen interface, admin PC.
But after the recent AVG App, Anti-Theft is connected to the my.avg.com portal, so that you can manage all your licenses and also manage and track your mobile device from one place.
You can submit a product feedback to our developers directly regarding the new update by filling this form-

Hi M Brown,
We apologize if an AVG product did not meet your expectations. Our main goal is to keep our customers happy.

To add a new computer, you can directly install your AVG Product on the new computer. Also, could you clarify from where exactly you're trying to Logout?
