Open the AVG Internet Security -> Hacker attacks -> Enhanced Firewall

Please check whether the Firewall is turned off?

Do you have any other AntiVirus installed in your computer?

Occasionally my computer tells me the firewall is OFF.  I am relying on AVG to provide one.  Where are the firewall controls?
