Where is the security - where is the help?

I first contacted AVG on the 10th July 2024 with regard to issues regarding security and what the AVG APPs say and what my computer reports. I as given a case reference number 21596151 and contacted the AVG Remote Support Centre. Corresponded with a very nice chap who, after completing many tasks told me he was unable to fix the issue and referred my case to Senior Level 3 Technician. I have had sessions with these folks and finally was given a package that I was told would fix the issue. Contacted AVG Remote support again and a nice gentleman actioned the tech package… No, it did not fix the issue!  Again referred to Senior Level 3 Technician who then gave me the case reference 21599852 and had a go at fixing the issue which is mainly with AVG AntiTrack. That didn't work and (Jan) said she was referring my case to the engineers. That was 1st August, heard nothing from AVG and the issue is getting more serious. I was assured that my main account was safe to use as AVG Internet Security (multi) was working fine - its not! So here I am on the 24th August 2024 feeling incredibly worried about my security leaks, even more worried as tried to change the p/w on my HUB and was unable… Please, please, please AVG fix these issues. I am paying for several of your APPs that are supposed to protect me I feel my money has been wasted. WHERE IS THE SUPPORT!!
