Where my AVG product is? I just got a virus from something called PC Speed up?

Lacreta, For removal info have you 'googled' remove PC Speed Clean?..
No AV product is capable of providing you with 100% protection although AVG are always working 24/7.

I paid 44.00 for AVG internet security last March and it is gone basides the fact that NOW something called PC Speed Clean keeps popping up which is NOT what I have downloaded. When looking for my AVG product in the administrators/users section, it is not there.  
I need to know what/how to rid my pc of this and the Ability to Use AVG until March?
