If possible, share us the screenshot of the page, in which the language is changed from the desired language.
Also, let us know whether you use AVG Free Antivirus. Reason being, we're unable to find any subscriptions under your account.
I have serious issue with language being set to default Serbian language automatically during last update. Being in smaller, non Serbian country I do understand the convenience for AVG . But if my default is set to English- it is so for a reason. I would like to find the person(s) in AVG responsible for imposing Serbian default on Croatian I.P. addresses automatically.
I also uderstand that language change during update is done automatically and it is not handpicked by one ore more of your personnel. And that was not the question. The question was who among your personnel is responsible for for said "program behaviour"? I presume you are not trying to tell me that your software has mind of its own, therefore implying that I'm stupid. There is a name (or more names) responsible for "program behavior".

I do realize that the default language of AVG Antivirus free program is changed to "Serbian" whenever the update for AVG completes.
These aren't done by an AVG personnel and it is clearly based on the program behavior.
Let me check this with our senior team and get back to you.
