I need to re install AVG Internet Security and PC Tune up but I cant find my product key number

Been trying to download AVG PC Tuneup for 2 weeks. It's always one obstacle or another. Just want what I paid for. Latest problem is I can not find the product key. Once again I waste an evening trying to figure this out. Really frustrating. Perhaps a human would be more helpful than old posts which lead from one usesless bunch of info to another. I am so frustrated.
