That's the reason you are unable to see your AVG subscription. If you have purchased AVG with a different email address, please provide that information to the email which I have just sent to you.

I had a major crash on my computer requiring a new hard drive installation. Naturally I'm trying to get AVG working again but I'm getting told my account doesn't show up, even though I have a 2 year subscription on two computers.

How can I get this situation rectified
