you dont seem to be getting my replies. when i send screenshot i get a no reply message saying they cant read e mail properly. i am using avg free . every time i send screenshot i get this no reply message, and to refer to original message. ive sent four screenshots so far.
im still getting this . today when pc loaded at 14.39 there was no red circle with white cross. at 14.41 the red circle white cross appeared. this is about four days now. i tried to send screen shot, but for some reason that didt work. need help with this please.im not very technical im afraid. just worried that pc is not secure.

when i go in to avg the update for avg is blanked out. but i seem to be getting virus updates. should i uninstall avg or what. im using windows xp. and i looked at doing repair but not sure what to do with that

We are sorry to inform you that latest version of AVG Anti-virus free can not be installed on Windows XP. You need to upgrade the operating system in order to install and use AVG Anti-virus program. Hope you understand the limitations. Thank you.
if i uninstall will i be able to reinstall avg free

We would like to inform you that AVG AntiVirus Free is not compatible with Windows XP operating system and hence request you to upgrade your version to the latest.
Also, you can try to unisntall AVG Antivirus free and then reinstall it.

ive tried doing this just get a message that you could not see e mail. and to try screenshot. this is third time ive tried to send screenshot. ive not done it before. but message seems to have been sent. i dont understand what your message means.it says you are not able to identify my e mail properly.it is a no reply message. i need help with this.
