White screen with avg in corner each time computer is turned on and each time I open an icon

As we're uncertain about the screen that you receive, please share us the screenshot of the entire page (displaying the corresponding icon in taskbar) for better clarity.

Each time I log on I get a white screen with AVG in the corner and cannot remove the screen, Each time I log on to an icon the screen stays white. Any help to rectify this matter would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
