We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know what happens exaxctly while uploading files to FTP server. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

We participate in the AVG Whitelisting program and we've always uploaded our files to whitelist.avg.com, but all of a sudden, that server isn't accepting FTP connections. Is there a new server? A new port? 

This is important to us as a software publisher. If anyone has a contact or any news, I'd appreciate it.
