We are sorry for the incorrect information provided before. Please note that we do not answer back with results as the files are being checked automatically. The files submitted for for analysis will be automatically downloaded, extracted (in case of archived file or installation package), and scanned by the AVG engine. There is an additional analysis in place to properly identify filetype, calculate checksum, etc. All gathered information about the files are stored in the AVG Whitelist Database.
The data collected by the procedure above is used in our QA processes to help prevent a false-positive detection of your software.

Thank you for your responce but it has been arleady past 24 hours and we haven't heard from your side. Samples have already been submitted but no responce yet.

We do understand your concern. We kindly request you to update your AVG program regularly and check for the infections so that you can make sure whether the program has been added to the exclusion list of the update.

Hello AVG,

We have received an email stating that one of our application has been white listed, however when we scanned it's still being detected as virus (MalSign.Optimizer.C20). Conveyed the same on email also but still no response yet.
