Whitelisting Ports for NordVPN compatibility with AVG Internet Security

Hello Alan,
Let's have a look at it together. Are you able to access NordVPN without any issues when AVG is disabled temporarily?
Have you tried to add the port numbers in exception list?
Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> Settings -> Components -> Enhanced Firewall -> Customize -> Packet Rules -> add the port numbers and choose allow.

can u email me the fix aiso please

Hi Guys, I have the following advice from NordVPN "You could also try to contact AVG support, see if they would help you whitelist the needed ports and applications so the two programs do not interfere with each other." Any advice would be appreciated as when AVG is operational my VPN leaks, settings for DNS server are 103.86.96.100 and 103.86.99.100
Thanks for reading

Hi Ranjani, thank you for your interest in this matter!  In answer to your question yes I can connect when AVG is not active.
In your response you instructed "add the port numbers and choose allow" are the port numbers those numbers listed in my original enquirey? Your dealing with a non IT person here!
