ok, I did it, I hope you got it.

Didn't help. Here is what I did, uninstalled AVG 2015, went to the link, downloaded the offline installer and installed it, after installation AVG asked to restart. After restart surprise surprise Wireless was not working anymore, (luckily I was able to find later that the reason was the AVG network filter driver so I unchecked it) since I had no wireless AVG was not able to update, ok. I got the wirless to work and allowed AVG to update, same as always it downloaded some files and asked for a new restart. After the restart nothing changed, AVG shows that I'm not protected, I get an error with the AVG firewall (aparently it can't start because configuration is corrupted), when I click on fix something for example in Antivirus component, I get an error "could not finish automatic state repair, we weren't able to fix one or more components" If I try to run a scan of the computer it stops at 0 as always claiming that it the virus definitions could not be updated.

Short version:
AVG 2015 just installed, I try to run a whole computer scan but it stops at 0% with the message "Updating virus definitions failed"

Long version:
I had the AVG 2012 version, last week I realized it stoped updating since more than a year ago. I tried to update it but failed, so I decided to uninstall it and install the latest version 2015. Installation went well and seemed to be successful, but when I tried to scan my computer it was interrupted. I uninstalled it and installed it several times, re-started my computer like 20 times, it just doesn"t work.
AVG tries to update, downloads three files, one of them 94 MB big (which takes a while) then asks for a restart, but after the restart it comes to the same error "Updating virus definitions failed" and tries to update again. I have tried everything on the internet, installed Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, still nothing works, I was even forced to do a system restore because i installed another antivirus which damaged my WLAN.
