Whole computer scans in AVG free version

Hello Aline,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please check whether you have installed any other conflicting applications like McAfee, Avast, Norton etc… on your PC, If so please uninstall the conflicting applications.
If not, please  click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool to remove all the traces of the AVG.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart,  manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

Can't repair, can't Uninstall.  Running 2 whole computer scans at once - one scheduled scan, one whole computer scan.  Both stuck at 1%. Can't stop either one.  Tried Repair, it won't repair.  Tried Uninstall, it won't uninstall. 'problem during initialization'  description - general error (0x07820xC) - error code 0xC0070782

  1. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/download to reinstall your AVG program.
    5. Run the downloaded file to start the installation process.
    6. Follow the instructions on your screen.  
    7. Complete the installation and restart your computer.
