We request you try repair installation of AVG by following the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1BVxDSY  then set the schedule scan.
Make sure that you don't work on your PC on the time that is schedule for AVG scan, at times when you work on your PC at the schedule time the scanning may get delayed.

I have set my time for my schedule scan, and it just does not work, what am I doing wrong? It use to work, now only when I start the computer, HELP
