Why Agv wont allow a refund ever?

I'm having a hard time trying to obtain a refund of my product because the system is made to make it impossible for the customers. 
If you try to get a refund in time (it's been only 5 days from the day they enlarged my subscription and charged me almost 90 dolars) they make it impossible on purpose maliciously because before you can get it they make you start a chat with an AVG staff member but the chat never starts.

At the beggining they say you "you are nunber 3 in queue" after some minutes "you are number 2" after another some minutes "you are number 1" and finally "there's a connection issue, try again"…
when you try again, guess what? "You are number 3 in queue" and the stupid process starts over and over again, I've been trying for 2 hours today.

I'm sure this is a disgusting and for sure illegal method to make you loose your money and never have it back. It is a shame and an outrage that AVG, a self called "security company" performs this scam towards their customers, I'm gonna write this in all the coment sections I can to make this scam visible.
