Why am I being billed for a subscription that is current? Please look into this for me

I am being asked to renew a subscription that appears to be a duplicate of one that is current. Please check this out for me

On checking your account, we could see that you have been charged 52.49 CAD for the renewal of AVG Secure VPN multi-device unlimited computers (1 year) and 78.96 CAD for the AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (2 years subscription) on 2019.8.25.

The AVG TuneUp Unlimited can used in multiple computers.

You also have a multiple subscription for the AVG PC TuneUp valid till 2020.1.31 which can be used only in one computer.

Do you wish to have a refund for the recent charge?
