Why am I being billed twice

On 4/7 my account was billed for $53.49.  That was a scheduled renewal and I am fine with that.  Then yesterday I received an email from you informing me that my subscription will expire on June 13, 2020 and that I owe you $69.99.  Why are you billing me again?
