Why am I being sent renewal emails when I have a subscription until Feb 2021?

I certainly will ignore the email. Please explain why AVG sends renewal reminders to a customer who has another active subscription for the same product. It looks like an attempt to get customers to pay twice. Either that or your systems are extremely poor,  which doesn't give me any confidence in your products. It is not good enough that your processes can't see that a customer already has an active subscription. This is the 21st century  and AVG is supposed to be a sophisticated organisation - just fix your defective billing system.

You have AVG Ultimate subscription valid till Feb 12, 2021. However, you have another old subscription for AVG Ultimate which will expire on Dec 18, 2019.
The email you received was the expiry reminder for the old subscription. You can ignore this email.
