Why am I being sent renewal emails when I have a subscription until Feb 2021?

For the FOURTH time, please stop sending me renewal emails when I have an active subscription until 12 February 2021. The latest renewal reminder concerns my Secure VPN. How many times do I have to tell AVG to stop sending these emails?

Can't your system detect I have active subscriptions? Obviously it can't. For an organisation that claims to be a leader in IT protection, the poor quality of your billing and subscription system is unbelievable.

Please explain why this is happening, and don't just tell me it's a system issue.
