Why Am I getting noticed to renew?

I understand the situation.
I see that there are two license for AVG PC TuneUp on your account and one which was renewed recently and the other is in auto renewal process. This is the reason you got email notification about the auto renewal charge deduction.

I just updated my AVG & the maintanence AVG about 2 mths ago, yet I'm getting noticed that they're going to automatically bill my credit card in October for a renewal. I paid for a whole year for both. Why do I have to continue verifying I have them in order to not be billed again? Why can I not talk to a human about this?
