Why am I getting the prompt prevented from access by software restriction policy when trying to access AVG internet security 2015?

Craig, Another user had a similar situ awhile ago (https://support.avg.com/answers?id=906b0000000D3vPAAS). When available, A member of the official AVG Community Support in Brno (http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=190509) will see your topic & respond but please bear in mind that it's now the weekend.

The AVG internet security program normally loads, but tonight it would not load at startup and when I attempt to access the program on my desktop icon I get the prompt avg prevented by software restriction policy, see event viewer or contact your admin. This is a home system Windows XP. The program is now useles, how do I restore it???
