I have a AVG Ultimate subscription expiring in Feb 2021. Again, AVG has sent me an email saying it expires today and encouraging me to renew, with a 10% discount. This is the third time I have brought this to AVG's attention.
I can only assume the renewal reminders are a deliberate attempt by AVG to make me pay for a service I already have.
Your systems can't identify I already have an active subscription which gives me no confidence your protection services work properly.
