Why am i still getting a reminder to renew when i have already done so for a 2 year protection?

Thank you for reaching us here with your concern. I see that you have an active AVG Internet Security - Unlimited subscription valid till 6th Feb 2020. It could be possible that you have not yet logged into AVG app using your AVG MyAccount email address and password which is mandatory to activate the paid subscription on your PC. Follow the steps provided below to login and activate AVG.

1. Open AVG Internet Security.
2. Click on My AVG -> My Subscription.
3. Click on Login. If that is not an option, click on Logout or Remove license number to see 'Login'.
4. Enter your email address and password, follow the instructions on your screen to finish the activation.
