Why am I still getting notices that my AVG is about to expire in 3 days when I downloaded the new one on Dec.21, 2014

Juanita, Which AVG product are you actually using?. If it's a 'paid for' version do you have a current license?.. Have a look @ this new form link (http://support.avg.com/support_contact_form) to get chat or phone support. More people having the same problem as I am.  What can we do to make sure that we really are covered?
