I am having trouble understanding why I am trusting a AVG to protect my computer when:
1. Your pop-up is still appearing after I have renewed. Stop it.
2. When I go to the "Performance" window in AVG Zen, you offer me PC TuneUP but when I press the "Get It Free" button,it doesn't do anything.
3. I type in my problem, then scroll down and find that none of the "Choose how you'd like to contact us" buttons are activated. Where is your support?
When none of the simple things work properly, why am I trusting that your something as important as virus protection works either.

1. Could you please describe it in more detail? If you are using Zen did you tried reactivating it?
2. You can isntall it manually from http://www.avg.com/us-en/performance.
3. Did you filled all fields? If so can you please provide us with screenshot of it?
