We would like to clarify that AVG Antivirus will protect your PC against all types of malware. It includes Ransomware Protection too. If you have more than 1 Antivirus on your PC, both Antivirus may conflict with each and it may end up with incorrect threat detection.
If both Antivirus works fine together then you can keep the other Antivirus.

Why am I uninstall Other Antivirus softwires ?
Actually , its unwanted thing, if AVG can the security for every virus from the world , we can uninstall other antivirus softwires . there are so my varies type of viruses, How can we trust the AVG can protect all of them ?
