Why are the telephone numbers for service responding with the call you have called is not connected

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Could you please provide the phone number that you used to contact AVG so that we can check and inform the status of it?
As per our record you have purchased the subscription of AVG Protection Multi-device, so if the program installed on your PC says that it has expired then it means the trial version have got installed. So we request you to remove it using the remover tool and install the paid version.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
