Why AVG ignores developers request regarding false positive alerts?

I believe that prechecked  "run on startup" is not the reason for detection.
Can you or smbd else provide an answer to my questions:

Ok, could you please ask Virlab why you do not detect uTorrent application (www.utorrent.com) - the same torrent client?
In their installer "run at startup" and some addons are prechecked as well:

Hello,

Our application - Mediaget is detected as Banne.A0C by AVG, however we did not get exact reply why.
The question is: why you do not detect e.g. uTorrent(www.utorrent.com) - the same torrent client with the same install options etc.

It is not only ours issue, on this forum I have already seen a lot of false positive requests with no replies, recommendations or comments how to deal with this.
I can assume that AVG just biased against some applications or does not want to pay much attention to such problems that in fact affect a lot minor software developers.
