Why can't i connect my bluetooth earphones since downloading avg to my laptop

Could you please let us know if VPN is enabled when you try to connect to Bluetooth? I request you to disable it and check if you are able to connect.

Since downloading avg I am unable to connect or unpair my bluetooth earphones on my laptop, How can I reactivate this option without turning off avg protection?
