Hi Terry,
1/ It has been already reported by other users and it is planned to implement it (unfortunatelly it doesn't have priority).
2/ You bought express installation which can/should be used for initial installation/setup you can refund it if you don't use it.
3/ No unfortunatelly there is no virus protection in AVG PC Tuneup program, can you better (in more details) explain us you slow down with AVG PC Tuneup?
If you are sure you want refund it I can transfer it to proper department.
Thanks
PC Tuneup is buggy and effects how the computer boots up, meaning it slows down the boot up process. I decided to delay renewal and less than a week later I had trouble getting my computer to boot up with delays that kept getting longer and longer even after the program was removed.

I just bought the AVG Tune-Up with an add of $10 for having AVG tech set up my 'controls' etc … but several problems:
1. It finds the duplicate files - like over 1000 of them. But … I cannot delete them all at once, ONLY one at a time! Too time-consuming! AND … when it tries to delete just ONE of the duplicates, the program comes to a near standstill and there is an error message: do you want to kill the page or wait? I wait … and wait … and wait … then FINALLY, ONE stinking file is deleted! This is nothing short of ridiculous. I pay GOOD MONEY for this and yet IT DOES NOT WORK AS IT SHOULD!
2., When and how do I even use the $10 program tht I paid extra for? I THOUGHT it was for having help setting up the computer to achieve maximum use. So far, I cannot even figure out how to turn it on, much less use it! WTH?
3. For the price, I EXPEXCTED to get virus protection, and tuneup help, AND that $10 "extra help from AVG technicians" — really? WHEN? WHERE? HOW?
I am mainly pissed off that my computer now works SLOWER than before, and that it continually clogs up when I DO try to use the TuneUp program. Is this a scam???
I've used the FREE protection for years and find it perfectly acceptable. I think I want my money back and I will find another "tune up" program out there that does not come so close to giving me the BSOD! This sucks.
