Why can't I email technical support in contact page.It does not have a link to allow email

Hi all,
Yes, unfortunately there is no option to initiate Email support, but once you call/chat with our agents case is created and you can continue via emails.

Because, THERE IS NO SUPPORT, THIS IS THE LAST YEAR I WILL USE THIS PRODUCT, THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY!

Chris, Have a look @ this new form link (http://support.avg.com/support_contact_form) to get email, chat or phone support. Which type of support you are offered will depend on which AVG product you're actually using.
